I think that this card could be for a man or a woman.
Have you ever designed a card and you don't even know if you like it?!!
Well, that is how I feel about this card. I might like it. I might not. I have two versions of it so please give me your feedback.
First, the two versions, then I'll go through the steps to make it.
This first version has no extra fillers.
Even though the music is Christmas music, most people will probably not pay that much attention to what the music actually is.
Maybe it would work for a December birthday???
What do you think?
Do you like the first version better, the second version better, or you aren't that crazy about the card at all?

The second version has a filler from the Painted Harvest set.

- I used the two largest plain circles from Sweet & Sassy Framelits to cut the center hole and the frame for it.
- First use the smaller framelit to cut a hole out of the front of the white card.
- Then use the same framelit and cut a circle out of a black piece of card stock.
- Then put the larger Circle framelit over the open circle that you just cut from the black cardstock and run it through the Big Shot. You will have the black frame to put around the opening in the front of the card.
- Cut a 5 1/2"x 4 1/4" piece of the Merry Music Specialty Designer paper. (If you cut it smaller, you can see it through the front of the card).
- Adhere the designer paper to the back of the front of the card so that it shows through the window.
- Cut a 5 1/2"x 4 1/4" piece of white c/s and adhere it over the music designer paper so that when you open the card, it just looks like a regular card with white on both sides.
- Cut out the Happy Birthday and adhere it over the music circle wherever you would like it to go.
- Now you can do one of two things. You can use the same to circle framelits to cut some circle frames to add to the card or you can use the 2 1/4" and the 2 1/2" Circle punch (retired, but you may still have it) to create the circles.

- If you use the punches, then punch out the smaller circle first with the 2 1/4" punch.
- Then push the 2 1/2" Circle Punch over the 2 1/4" opening and punch again. You'll have the small black circle frame.
- Add the circles to your card and just have fun with where you add them.
- Put adhesive on the entire circle. After you trim what is stuck to the card, you can use the rest of the circle in a different place.
- Add a little rhinestone over the "i" in Birthday!

Add filler or just leave it plain.
I would love to have your imput about this design.
