As I was posting my first card with the melting snowman on Monday night, I remembered that the Circle Card Thinlit would be a perfect fit for the little snowman!
So here is the card that I designed for it. There are two options with this same design.
In this first option,I used the Circle Card Thinlit as you might initially think to use it.
Whichever style you choose to use to cut the cards, they both look exactly the same from the front when they are closed.
The two small circles that are below the eyes are the buttons gone askew because the snowman is melting (in case you are wondering!!!!)
When you open it up, you see the greeting side of the circle. I would write my personal note on the back of the card (the backside of the striped designer paper).
Here is the second option. Instead of cutting the card stock to fit the Circle Card Thinlit, leave it at the 8 1/2"x 5 1/2" size. Leave the right side of the card stock ON TOP of the thinlit so that it will score only and not cut. Here is what it would look like.
You fold over the right section and put the designer paper on it after it is folded forward.
Easy enough, right!
My Christmas cards are finished so I am having fun designing some Christmas thank you's!
And I love any reason to use the Ronald McDonald Sprinkles of Life set because Stampin' Up! donates $3 to the Ronald McDonald Foundation for each set that is purchased.
