Each time we have a meeting, I ask three people to make ten gifts each that I can give away as thank yous for helping.
They are always amazing and once again, they truly were!
Thank you again, ladies, for making these amazing gifts!!!
Laura James made this 2 x 2 x 2 box out of the Floral Boutique Designer Series Paper. Laura embossed the Brushstrokes stamp with gold embossing powder on whisper white card stock for the lid.
She used the Bow Builder Punch and the Floral Boutique DSP to make the bow and topped it with a 1/2" Silver Glimmer circle of c/s.
Here is the box! Wait until you see what is inside!
You lift off the lid and here is what you see!
The little platform for the EOS organic lip smoother is 2 x 2 x 1/2" and the circles were cut to fit the "egg".
So she started with a 6"x 6" piece of Night of Navy c/s and scored at 2" and 4" going in both directions. Then she cut out the corners and rounded all of the corners.
Nancy Cecconi presented this beautiful gift. The pen on the left is an RSVP pen and it has the Succulent Garden paper rolled up in it.
We'll take it out of the cello bag so that you can see it more clearly.
She used the Succulent Garden Designer Paper. When you open it up, here is what you see.
Nancy started with an 11"x 4 1/4" piece of Sweet Sugarplum card stock and scored at 4", 4 1/2", and 9 1/2".
Theresa Argonza made this Ice Cream Cone that has either a little face cloth or wash cloth inside. I couldn't bear to open it and ruin the package.
She commented that this would make a really great favor at a time when you didn't want to give out something sweet.
And here is another view.
Theresa started with a 5"x 5" square of Crumb Cake c/s. She scored the lines at 1/2" intervals in both directions. Then she spray misted water onto the cardstock to bend the piece into a cone shape. Just a thin line of mono adhesive works slong one edge to glue it in place. She rolled up a microfiber washcloth (purchased from the 99 Cent Store to look like soft serve. The she used a large cello bag to wrap it up and keep everything in place.
Please e-mail me if you have any questions or feedback.
