Continuing to Honor Our Veterans God Bless America, Land that I Love!

My dad, a WWII Veteran, is going to be participating in a memorial service at 9:00 a.m. today at the Veteran's War Memorial here in Duarte. 

There were three WWII Veterans honored today.

Mr Findlay and my dad each spoke and Mr Vallegjos' granddaughter did a wonderful job of honoring her grandfather as she told about his experiences in the war.

Since the boys didn't have school today, Shelly brought the kids and her friend, Veronica, also joined us.

 You can see Veronica in the crowd by Shelly and you can also see my friends, Carol Ciminelli and Roxie Arnot there in this side of the crowd
