May 2013 Calendar with a retired set: Graduation

I'm not trying to use stamps that are in the current 2012-2013 Stampin' Up! catalog.  Some are retired.  And this happens to be one of those months.

The calendar class will begin in August.  date TBD

Each calendar page is 3 3/4" wide and 3 7/8" tall to fit into the zip jewel case that we have been using..

Notes:

• The diploma and the hat are embossed and cut out.
• The "Congrats" is stamped in Classic Black ink and put into place with the Stamp-a-ma-jig.
• The Photo Corner punch is retired.

The reason that I embossed and cut out the two pieces is that we will have a lot less "messing up" over getting the placement "Just right"  on the card.  Sometimes these particular stamps don't ink just right the first time.  It's just easier to make sure that they are right and cut them out.
