Wow!! I saw the idea for making a dress out of the scallop circle Bigz Die through my friend Patty Bennett. Another friend, Trinia Magana actually surprised me and made a pattern for me! So here is the dress that I created with the pattern! You'll have a difficult time seeing the texture plate that I used on the white. It's one of the Stampin' Up's exclusive dies...the one on the opposite side of the fanciest floral die.
You'll need to cut two scallops with the Scallop Circle Bigz Die. The card stock vellum is placed over a Real Red dress. The extra scallops that you see at the top and the bottom of the dress are cut out of the second red scallop circle and added to the back. I fastened the dresses together at the waist with dotto adhesive. Then I added one little glue dot and the top of the bodice and one at the bottom of the skirt.
Here's a picture of you make this pattern.
Thanks again to Patty Bennett for the idea of how to explain this.
The waist that I am using is 1 1/8" wide.
The waist is 7/16" above the center of the circle. (That's one little line before 1/2" mark.)
We'll be making this card in my May Stamp Clubs.

BEAUTIFUL! I love your layered version. Looks like a sheer overlay on a fancy party dress. Thanks for sharing how to make the pattern. TFS your lovely card.

Some time ago, I needed to buy a good car for my business but I did not earn enough cash and couldn't purchase something. Thank goodness my mate adviced to take the http://lowest-rate-loans.com from banks. Therefore, I acted so and was happy with my collateral loan.
